Floor to ceiling window walls on the main floor of this beautiful Gulf Island waterfront home afford its visitors grand views of the quiet beauty of Long Harbour waters.
Nature lovers can watch seals and otters at play or observe bald eagles perched in the tree on the small island directly across from the house.
Otter Limits has two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor which features an open floor plan with dining room, kitchen and ample living space. There is a separate bedroom and bath on the lower floor, also with water facing.
Owned by a professional chef and
innkeeper, the house includes a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and electric stove.
Oriental carpets and Canadian and American folk art adorn the floors and walls. Its location on Scott Point is secluded from other homes, offering a sense of isolation and privacy, and yet the Long Harbour ferry terminal is just a 3 minute walk from the house.
There is water access to Wellbury Bay directly across the driveway from our home in a small, undeveloped provincial park.
