This large, private retreat provides a stunning view to the east, the mainland with the city of Vancouver, and to the west, the city of Victoria, the capitol of BC, on Vancouver Island. These two cities are only minutes away by seaplane or ferry. The home rests on a 2 acre land parcel with an adjacent 5 acres for exclusive private use.
This home offers 7,000 square feet of living space furnished with antiques, modern comfortable furnishings, and free standing stone fireplace in the living area. The entertainment room comes equipped with satellite TV/VCR/CD player.
A spacious modern kitchen equiped, with dishwasher, commercial refrigerator and gourmet cook
stove will delight the chef. Welcome the morning in the bright and airy breakfast area. Two walk-in freezers provide enough cold storage for
large groups. The facility has catered to groups ranging from 28 to 200.
The spacious dining area just off the Grand Room is ideal for dinner or board
meetings and can accommodate 30+ to a sit down dinner. The Grand Room with fireplace has entertained upwards to 150 people.
On the upper level your will find an elegant library and lounging area with fireplace
to provide readers with a cozy ambiance or for private business meeting use. Here you find two fully outfitted offices, each with a private 4 piece
ensuite, complete with wireless internet access. When all sleeping areas are in use, a party of 28 can comfortably
be accommodated.
For morning and evening dining relaxation there is 4,000 square feet of outdoor decking with a number of private sitting areas. On the outer deck, you will be immersed and at
one with nature while relaxing in the spacious hot tub or enjoying an outdoor shower.
